Thanks for your suggestions. I tried both methods. Neither worked.
Here is something that I recently noticed. Wonder if it could be related to not being able to get a windows 10 driver for the 1350W printer.
In the windows 10 display of devices and printers attached, included is an 'unspecified category' and the PP1350w is listed in this category. When I try to access or open it, it reverts to troubleshooting. Troubleshooting says that I have a 2.0 device connected to one of the PC's 3.0 USB ports. All of the PC's USB ports are 3.0. Wondering if installing a 2.0 USB PCI card could solve this problem.
Also, I could obtain and install a pci card that has the pre USB connector and then run a bidirectional cable from the PC to the 1350w.
Your thoughts?
Appreciate any other suggestions.
Thanks
Ron

These suggestions do not work. Please respond to Ron's situation which is the same as mine. The only driver I can find was written in 2004, not very likely to fix a problem w windows 10.

Thanks for posting your experience with Windows 10 and Konica Minolta 1350W printer Regardless of what Microsoft, Konica Minolta and others trying to help have said so far, there is no Windows 10 driver for the 1350W.
Windows 8.1 has a Konica Minolta 1350W driver built into it. My 1350W worked with 8.1 but does not work with 10.
If anyone knows the answer, please let us know.
This is really weird. I have tried HP printers which are much older than the 1350W and they work!!
Thanks everyone for your efforts.
