DEAR WINDOWS EXPERTS:
I need to advise a few things:
1) For both computers, I use Windows 10.0.17134 Build 17134 – “1803” April 2018 Creative Update
The Driver Update Tool – is a utility that contains more than 27 million official drivers for all hardware, including sound blaster recon3di driver. Driver version 1.04.04 has been provided for Sound Blaster E1, E3 and E5, and these are only compatible with Windows 10. A separate audio package for the Audigy 5 and Rx units has also been released as version 3.01.0044, targeting Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and, of course, Windows 10.
2) This is a 64-Bit version of Windows.

3) We have one machine with Sound Blaster ZxR
4) We have one machine with Sound Blaster Z
5) Both have the same problems - NO 5-CHANNEL SOUND, and NO ACCESS TO THESE PARAMETERS

I have tried to run the setup in the extras directory as Creative (the manufacturers) have described in several e-mail messages (now we have been back and forth about five times). This did not work.
I have tried to boot into Safe Mode and run the setup application again.
The setup files do not run in Safe Mode.
Can you please solve this matter?
Again, I have the same problem.
One computer has Soundblaster Zxr
Another computer has Soundblaster Z
Neither has access to Dolby Functions or the Cinematic Tab on the Sound Blaster Control Panel. (This tab ordinarily carries the Dolby Functions).
Please solve. Does Creative need to make a new driver?
Thank you,
Christopher
